Not stretching can lead to niggles, aches, discomfort or - worse - injury, which is the last thing you need when you're nearing race day.

But "I'm not flexible enough to do yoga" I hear you say! Trust me, your current level of flexibility is not important. You'll become more flexible as a consequence of doing yoga but this is definitely not a prerequisite.

As a runner, I know that yoga can be seen as body maintanance rather than something you do for the love of yoga itself. That's why I've made this programme super simple. The 7 classes in this programme are just 10 minutes in length and each one is labeled with the day of the week. So there's a go-to class for each day, which means daily variety with zero decision fatigue. Finish your run, grab that day's class on my website or app and get it done. On rest days you can still do that day's class. Then feel great afterwards, with the confidence that you're doing everything that you can to keep your body supple and injury free.

HELLO, I'M FELICITY

I started running in 2007 when I ran the New York Marathon, and I then went on to run all of the six marathon majors. I've also completed an Ironman, along with some other crazy challenges, but now I'm happy with running shorter distances!

I found yoga whilst I was training for the Ironman and was blown away by the impact it had on my body and mind. I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014 and since then I've taught hundreds of people of all body types and capabilities, both online and in person. You're in safe hands.

My mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating, more accessible and easier to make part of everyday life. My classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable habits so that you can transform your wellbeing and thrive in life, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes.

FAQs

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

Yes, you'll need a yoga mat. It's also highly recommended that you have 2 yoga bricks (or you can substitute with things from around your house). You'll receive information about this in the pdf guide.

WHAT CAN I VIEW THE CLASSES ON?

You can view via a computer, or your phone or tablet via my website or app. All content will be accessed through your login.

IF I AM A COMPLETE BEGINNER, ARE THESE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?

Yes. The pace of the classes is steady and instructions are clear, so no prior experience of yoga is needed.

IS THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Children under the age of 16 could do these classes but should be supervised by an adult.

IS THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME IF I AM PREGNANT OR IF I HAVE JUST HAD A BABY?

This course is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have just had a baby, but my on-demand pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes on my website and app are ideal instead.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You don't need any specific yoga clothes. All you need is clothing that you can move freely and comfortably in. You don't need socks or shoes.

HOW MUCH FLOOR SPACE DO I NEED?

You just need space for your yoga mat, and enough space around it so that your arms / legs won't bash into things.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO ACCESS THE CLASSES?

No, all you pay is a one-off payment for access to the 7 classes for 3 months. This is not a subscription or membership product so there are no ongoing payments.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CLASSES?

Your access to the classes will expire after 3 months from your purchase date.
